Forbidden Passion will strive to ship all orders within 24-48 hours, Monday to Friday. If we are out of stock for any reason, we would expect to ship the orders in about 12 business days.

All our orders are shipped via Economy, Standard, and Express shipping. However, parcels weighing more than 2kg and up to 30kg will only be sent via our Express shipping service. Please note that prices on this page are shown in British Pounds (GBP, Sterling Pound).

Shipping to the United Kingdom

Forbidden Passion offers FREE Economy Shipping on orders over £75 for all UK customers.

For orders below £75, we offer the following shipping services:

If you are not in when the parcel arrives, Preferred, Economy, Standard, and Priority Shipping services will keep the package at your local depot for 7 days enabling you to pick it up. Express Shipping service will attempt delivery 3 times and if they are still unsuccessful after the third time, the parcel will then be returned to us.

Customs and Taxes

When placing an order from outside the United Kingdom, please be aware that your order may be subject to import taxes, duties, and other customs fees imposed by your local customs office upon arrival at your destination.

It is important to note that the payment of these charges and taxes, in addition to shipping costs, is the sole responsibility of the customer.

If your country has restrictions on the use or sale of items purchased from Forbidden Passion, please understand that we cannot be held liable for any delays, seizures, or confiscations of these items. For specific information about charges and regulations in your country, we recommend contacting your local customs office.

Once your order has left the United Kingdom, Forbidden Passion relinquishes responsibility for its delivery. In the event that your parcel is confiscated by local customs, we regret to inform you that no refunds or replacements will be provided.

Free Shipping Service

At Forbidden Passion, we are pleased to offer free shipping services to all our customers. Forbidden Passion provides a Free Shipping service that can be obtained through a valid coupon or spending a predefined minimum amount. Free Shipping Coupons can either be awarded to or redeemed by a customer through our Loyalty Rewards Programme.

Orders shipped using our Free Shipping service will be dispatched via Economy Shipping. Therefore, orders exceeding a total weight of 2kg are not eligible for free shipping.

Please note that our Free Shipping service does not include insurance or tracking information.

Discreet Packaging and Shipping

We understand the importance of privacy. Therefore, all orders from Forbidden Passion are shipped in 100% discreet packaging. Our nondescriptive brown boxes contain no indications or branding that reveal their contents.

Tracking Orders

Upon the dispatch of your order from our warehouse and its transit with a courier, you will receive an email containing the courier tracking link and your tracking number.

To track your order, click the courier tracking link which will direct you to the courier’s website. Enter your tracking number to stay informed about the progress of your delivery.

Undeliverable Orders

To ensure the prompt delivery of your order, we rely on the accuracy of the shipping address you provide. If you are unavailable to receive the parcel, it will be held at the local depot for your convenience. However, if the parcel remains uncollected for a week, it will be returned to us as undeliverable.

Should you wish to have your order re-delivered to the same or a different address, contact us at [email protected] to make the necessary arrangements. Please note that for UK deliveries, an additional handling fee of £3.00 will apply. For international orders, kindly note that an additional handling fee of £8.00 will apply.

Shipping Delays

Please bear in mind that during sale periods, holidays, and unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather events, delivery may experience additional delays.

For edible items shipped outside the United Kingdom that spoil during transit, we regret to inform you that we do not replace or refund such items. Furthermore, Forbidden Passion cannot be held responsible for products that melt or spoil before reaching their destination.

Lost Parcels (if applicable)

All our orders are shipped using the shipping service selected at checkout. Except for Economy Shipping, all our shipping services include insurance and tracking information once the parcel leaves our warehouse.

In the unfortunate event that an order becomes stuck or lost during transit, we will initiate an investigation. Upon approval of the investigation, we will promptly send you a new package within 5 weeks from the date of notification.

Items marked as “delivered”

If your order is marked as “delivered” but you have not received it, we recommend taking the following steps:

• Check if someone else at your address accepted or signed for the goods.
• Verify that the goods were sent to the correct address.
• Review any emails or messages related to the delivery.
• Inquire at the local depot or post office to see if a parcel is awaiting collection.

If, after checking all these factors, you still cannot locate your parcel, please contact us within 7 days after the delivery date.

Items not marked as “delivered”

If your items are presumed lost, meaning the order is not marked as “delivered,” and they have not been delivered after 7 days for UK orders or 20 days for international orders, and within 30 days after dispatch, please reach out to us at [email protected].

Please note that our Economy Shipping and Free Shipping services do not offer insurance or tracking information. Consequently, claims cannot be made for orders shipped through these services.

Untracked Shipping Services

If you opt for our Economy Shipping or Free Shipping services, please be aware that they do not provide tracking or compensation. In the event of a missing parcel, we do not replace or refund the order.

Nevertheless, our Economy Shipping is known for its reliability. However, if you have concerns, we recommend choosing a tracked service for shipping your orders. Tracked services offer comprehensive tracking and compensation in case of any issues. Should there be a problem with a tracked shipment, you will have the option to claim compensation for the goods.
