Returns Policy

We have a 100% money-back guarantee policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original condition within 30 days of receipt.

Due to the obvious health and hygiene implications with adult products, items may be returned if the following terms are met.

• The goods must not be broken.
• The goods must be unused.
• The goods must be returned in original condition and packaging with any enclosed documentation.
• Items that are not heat sealed in the box are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
• Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
• Goods will only be accepted for return if they are dispatched within 30 days of delivery.
• Lingerie and items of clothing must be returned unworn and still in its original packaging
• Any discrepancies or damaged items need to be reported within 36 hours of being delivered.

If we suspect that the items have been used or any of the above conditions are not met, then we reserve the right to return the items. Otherwise, we will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge.

Returned items

All items that are returned as faulty MUST be thoroughly cleaned before returning. For reasons of hygiene, any item returned in a dirty condition will not be checked and the returned item will be refused.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Returns Instructions

To return your item, please send us an email at [email protected] and we will inform you on what action to take. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

The returned item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore, we recommend that you send the parcel using a tracking delivery service that insures you for the value of the items and provides proof of delivery.

Delivery charges are only refundable where items are faulty and a refund is made.

Product Warranty

We offer a one-year warranty on all our products. If the item develops a fault within the first three months, we can offer a refund or exchange. After three months, we offer an exchange only.

Any products that are returned to us and are not faulty or do not meet the returns policy will be held for 30 days. If we have not heard from you after 30 days, the item will be destroyed and there will be no exchange and no refund given.
